My order has not arrived ?

We apologise to you if your order has not arrived. Please allow up to 14 working days to receive your order. The Australia post service we use, does not have tracking,so  it is unlikely we will be able to find out where your parcel may have gone . We ask you to please contact our Customer Service Department to advise us of this incident ,so we can ensure we improve our service to you for the next time
